Sergey Milenky has more than 30 years of professional experience, which includes 15 years at the World Bank and Big 4 companies, leading roles in various governmental projects.

He also worked for Marsh Mc Lennan, PHB, Cabinet of Ministers or Ukraine, Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and other reputed organizations.

He specializes in the research and development of commercial opportunities for big industrial companies and financial institutions.​

Project highlights:

• Coordinated a $4.1 billion lending program with the World Bank and IMF from the side of the Government of Ukraine. 
• Managed in-country operations and client relations for the World Bank’s $1.1 billion power sector lending program in Ukraine.
• Coordinated the work of 19 advisory teams from international utilities and assisted the Government of Ukraine in its implementation of the power sector reform.
• Organized and developed large-scale private investment program.
