Harry is a founding principal and managing director of Essex Realty Investments LLC.  Harry oversees legal compliance, operations, budgeting and personnel for Essex Realty Investments LLC and negotiates acquisitions and dispositions for the company.  Harry has over twenty-five years’ experience in structuring and closing debt and equity offerings to both the institutional and high individual net worth investment markets.  Harry has deep experience and knowledge of corporate, corporate finance, 1031 and Qualified  Opportunity Zone transactions and structures.  Harry was with Brown Rudnick, Boston, for two decades, where he was a partner in that firm’s structured finance group and later served as of counsel to DLA Piper, Boston, in the Asset-Backed Securitization group.  Harry and Jonathan Black co-founded Black & Hutton LLP in 2012.
